I've been using Qrings for 18 months and have them set up in position 4 which I find is good for Time Trialling. They are particularly good when riding into a head wind or up a drag, and allow me to keep my pedalling nice and smooth. It took me a few rides to get used to them, but now I wouldn't take them off! I have them on all my bikes which helps, but I have also found it isn't a problem swapping back to standard rings if needed.
